EAST LANSING, Mich. — More than 300 builders, contractors and consultants from around Michigan will come to Michigan State University this Thursday, Nov. 5, to learn what new construction projects might be on MSU’s horizon.
The 2009 Contractors and Consultants Forum is from 2 to 4 p.m. in the MSU Union, Parlors A, B and C.
The forum is an opportunity for contractors and consultants from around the state who have worked with MSU before or who wish to start to come learn about upcoming projects on campus and hear about new programs, policies or procedures that may apply to them.
Among the topics to be discussed at this year’s forum are the Facility for Rare Isotope Beams, the Residential and Hospitality Services Dining Master Plan, construction recycling and storm water management. The forum will wrap with a question-and-answer session.
